Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Morgantown, intends to make a single, all-or-none award for dairy products under an indefinite-delivery/requirements contract. The estimated requirements are 22,401 individual 8-fluid-ounce containers of kosher whole milk, 276 five-pound containers of cottage cheese, and 630 five-pound containers of sour cream. Milk deliveries are weekly; cottage cheese and sour cream are delivered as needed. Quantities are estimates and are not guaranteed. The contract period is October 6 through December 29, 2026. Products must meet the specified commercial item descriptions and shelf-life requirements; dairy products must have an acceptable expiration date at least 10 days after delivery, and unacceptable or short shipments must be replaced within 24 hours. Kosher certification must be submitted with the quote, and the offeror must be registered under NAICS 311511. Award will consider price, delivery, and past performance.
