Description
Missoula County seeks a comprehensive claims management system for its self-insured and self-administered workers' compensation, liability, property, cyber, and fine arts programs. The system is expected to support end-to-end claims handling, policy and asset management, claimant self-service, configurable workflows, document management, financial controls and payments, litigation and recovery tracking, analytics, and regulatory reporting. Required capabilities include integrations with Workday, ISO ClaimSearch, Microsoft Office, and Montana workers' compensation EDI reporting, as well as mobile and offline access.
