Description
The University of Montana is soliciting bids for one four-season restroom trailer, including delivery. The trailer must have a wheel-and-axle system with stabilizing jacks; a grade-level ADA restroom with a baby-changing station; and separate men's and women's restrooms accessed by stairs, with all entrances facing the same direction. Minimum fixtures include five women's toilets, three urinals, and two men's toilets. Other specifications include a fresh-water tank of at least 200 gallons, city-water connection, water heater, air conditioning in each area, 30-amp power, a four-season heat package, direct sewer connection, full-flush toilets, electric hand dryers, and LED lighting. Bidders must provide pricing for the trailer and delivery, references, company experience and qualifications, information demonstrating compliance with the technical requirements, and a work plan. The bid also requires a signed cover sheet and a signed firearms-law compliance certification. The trailer must include at least a two-year overall warranty, a five-year frame-and-axle warranty, and a one-year warranty on the listed components; longer offered warranties may apply. The contract ends when the trailer is delivered and accepted.
