Description
The University of Montana is soliciting specialized software to help researchers locate potential grant funding sources. The solution must be designed for research-intensive academic institutions and provide continuously updated funding-opportunity data, comprehensive search and filtering, researcher profiling, ORCID and other institutional integrations, natural-language processing, intelligent funding matches, alerts, targeted newsletters, and AI-powered recommendations. The proposal must address product usability, database coverage, search quality, researcher-profile matching, implementation, training, customer support, reporting, analytics, administrative dashboards, security, accessibility, and compliance. Vendors must be prepared to demonstrate and allow testing of the software using sample researcher profiles. The solicitation also requests company experience, at least three relevant references, key-personnel resumes, a cost proposal, and a signed firearms-law compliance certification.
