Description
The California Air Resources Board seeks one new 3DATX parSYNC FLEX 1065 measurement system and two upgrade packages for existing 3DATX parSYNC systems. The equipment must measure gaseous pollutants including carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, and hydrocarbons, and meet the listed measurement ranges and minimum 1 Hz data-recording requirement. Comparable products may be offered, but substitutions or deviations require CARB approval. The purchase includes required connections and cables, a heated sample line, calibrated weather station with GPS, sensors, accessories, and a Windows laptop with control software for the new system. The vendor must provide an English user guide and calibration information. Products are due within 45 working days after receipt of the purchase order; the solicitation also specifies a one-year limited warranty and support for the base product and modules. Quotes must be submitted by email and include the required response documents and forms.
