Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking one DuoLith SD1 T TOP Ultra dual-modality shockwave therapy system and one OrthoPulse Ultra 100 radial/pressure wave system. The DuoLith system must provide both focused electromagnetic shockwave and radial/pressure-wave delivery on a single platform or cart, support the chronic proximal plantar fasciitis indication through FDA PMA or approval evidence, and meet specified focused and radial operating ranges. Required components include handpieces, applicators/transmitters, accessories, a mobile cart, and a tablet for system operation. The OrthoPulse system must include its generator console, handpieces, applicator/transmitter set, replacement wear items, brush, and patient literature kit. Both items require a minimum two-year factory warranty for the devices and compressor and a minimum 1,000,000-pulse wear warranty. Quotations must include technical documentation mapping to every salient characteristic, FDA PMA evidence for the focused plantar-fasciitis indication, an OEM letter or equivalent documentation verifying authorized distribution, and the vendor's best achievable delivery timeline. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation, and both items must be provided simultaneously.
