Description
The work includes full demolition of the commercial building and associated outbuildings, ancillary structures, and site improvements; removal and disposal of demolition, foundation, concrete, and pavement debris; and removal of fencing and vegetation. The contractor must remove the slab foundation to at least 18 inches below grade, crush the basement floor for drainage, and restore the site with clean, compacted fill, topsoil, hydro-seeding, and straw cover if needed. The demolition must be performed as a wet demolition, and the contractor is responsible for supplying water.
