Description
The City of Toledo’s Division of Water Reclamation seeks a contractor to inspect five existing sludge belt conveyors and identify, furnish, and deliver the replacement components needed to restore reliable operation. Components include belts, pulleys, idlers, drive assemblies, take-up components, plows, and related appurtenances. The contractor must field-verify dimensions and requirements, provide an itemized list of proposed components with quantities and unit prices, and coordinate inspections and deliveries with plant staff. The supplied components must be compatible with the existing systems and suitable for continuous sludge service. The City’s maintenance staff will perform all removal, installation, adjustment, testing, and commissioning. The contractor must provide a detailed list of relevant completed projects from the past five years, and the supplied components carry a 24-month warranty from acceptance. Bids are submitted electronically through the named procurement portal and require a bid guaranty; the solicitation also calls for project paperwork, a signed contract, and related-experience information.
