Description
The project includes resurfacing approximately 1.04 miles of Telegraph Road and 0.32 miles of Alexis Road, constructing 10-foot multi-use paths, and updating roadway signals and pavement markings. Work also includes associated roadway, pavement, drainage, traffic-control, and site-restoration items shown in the project plans and bid book. Bids are submitted electronically through the City of Toledo’s PlanetBids portal, with unit prices entered in the portal’s Line Items section. The bid package requires a 7% Small Business Enterprise goal and an SBE Utilization Plan submitted through Formstack by the stated post-opening deadline. The prime contractor must be ODOT-prequalified and perform at least 30% of the original contract price. The project is subject to prevailing-wage requirements and a project labor agreement requirement for qualifying construction contracts.
