Description
The City seeks quotes for goods for its landfill gas collection and control system: wellheads and components, pneumatic pumps for condensate removal from wells and sumps, couplers, flexible piping, clamps, regulators, hoses, and related fittings. Optional pump cleaning kits are also requested. Installation will be performed by others. The scope also includes a one-day on-site training session on pump operation and basic maintenance and repair. Bidders may quote one, two, or all three goods categories under a unit-price contract. Submissions must include product literature or drawings with specified technical details, pump performance curve sheets at 80, 100, and 120 psi, estimated delivery lead time, and a bid guaranty. The contract is for one year with three one-year renewal options. The City evaluates bids on a lowest-and-best basis, considering price, past work or experience with the City, local preference if applicable, and life-cycle costs.
