Description
The project reconstructs approximately 0.5 miles of roadway, including removal and replacement of pavement, drive approaches, sidewalks, and storm drainage improvements. The bid book and plans also specify related work such as water service and water main adjustments, catch basins and manholes, pavement markings, traffic maintenance, and restoration of disturbed areas. The contractor must be ODOT-prequalified, perform at least 30% of the original contract price with its own organization, and meet the project’s 8% Small Business Enterprise goal. Prevailing wage requirements apply, and the successful bidder must comply with the project labor agreement requirements.
