Description
The City of Pittsburgh, through its Office of Management and Budget on behalf of the Department of Finance, is seeking qualified firms to develop central services cost allocation plans and indirect cost rate proposals. The work includes preparing a Full Cost Allocation Plan, a Uniform Guidance Cost Allocation Plan, indirect cost rates, reviewing current methodology, and reporting. The contract will cover fiscal years ending December 31, 2022, 2023, and 2024, with options for two additional fiscal years (2025 and 2026). The selected firm will also prepare cost rate proposals for the Department of City Planning and Community Development. The Uniform Guidance Plan will be subject to review by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The contract is intended to last three years with two possible one-year renewals.
