Description
The Town of Fenton is soliciting sealed bids for construction-related services for a salt storage building, including pouring the concrete foundation, constructing concrete walls, and completing other related tasks. Contractors must comply with Occupational Safety and Health Act construction requirements, including applicable Part 1926 regulations, and prevailing-wage and prevailing-supplement requirements under Article 8 of New York State Labor Law. Certified payrolls must be submitted with each payment requisition, including payroll records for subcontractors. A bid guaranty of at least 10% of the total bid is required and may be provided as a certified check, bank draft, or approved bid bond. Electronic contract documents and drawings are available by email request. No pre-bid conference will be held, and the Town expects to award the bid within 30 days after bid closing.
