Description
The Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for the phased expansion, renovation, and modernization of the Grapevine Convention Center. The scope includes developing a multidisciplinary project team; planning and designing current and future phases; evaluating parking, site circulation, loading, pedestrian access, utilities, and other site impacts; maintaining venue operations while minimizing disruption to existing bookings; developing and managing project schedules; supporting permitting and procurement; establishing and validating a realistic construction budget; preparing current-phase construction cost-per-square-foot estimates supported by comparable project data; and incorporating cost-control and value-engineering strategies. The future phase is a long-term planning consideration and is not being requested for detailed pricing at this time. The construction work will be advertised under a separate solicitation. Responses must include a complete proposal, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire (CIQ) Form, Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295), and W-9. The solicitation also requires electronic completion of the listed procurement attributes, including certifications, addendum acknowledgment, deviations or exceptions, and vendor information.
