Description
Bannock County intends to award a sole-source purchase to LSC Environmental Products, LLC for a Posi Shell PSA 1000 used to apply alternative daily cover. The notice states that the county determined only one supplier is reasonably available. Other suppliers may challenge the sole-source procurement by submitting written notice within fourteen days of publication.
