Description
The City of Pointe-Claire is soliciting bids for horticultural maintenance and planting services to be performed on a weekly basis at various parks, green spaces, and public places under its administration. The contract is divided into two distinct lots, with work generally consisting of two days per week per lot. Services are to be provided at hourly rates. The contract period is for 2027 with one optional year in 2028, ending November 1, 2028. The award will be based on the lowest price per lot, with a tie-breaking procedure by drawing lots if necessary. The contract is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
