Description
The Port of Corpus Christi is seeking proposals for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services for property demolition and site clearing. The scope of work includes the demolition and removal of all above and below grade infrastructure associated with property improvements, site clearing, grading, and seeding. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and complying with all City and State codes and requirements. This is a one-year contract with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods. Proposals will be evaluated based on Price (30%), Relevant Experience, Qualifications and References (30%), Technical Approach and Project Understanding (30%), and Local Preference Acknowledgement (10%).
