Description
The Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority (CCRTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to prepare and complete a Title VI Program Update for Fiscal Years 2023-2025. This is a firm-fixed-price service contract with a six-month period of performance. The selected Contractor will be responsible for reviewing, updating, and preparing CCRTA's Title VI Program to ensure compliance with federal requirements. This includes documenting policies, procedures, and practices that ensure nondiscriminatory public transportation services, promote fair participation in decision-making, and provide meaningful access for individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP). The project requires the Contractor to review the existing Title VI Program and update all necessary elements to reflect CCRTA's activities during FY 2023-2025. This involves identifying and removing outdated information and ensuring all required analyses, policies, procedures, public participation activities, and supporting documentation are current and accurate.
