Description
The Harte Research Institute (HRI) at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi is seeking proposals for a comprehensive website redesign and consolidation project. The scope includes redesigning and migrating approximately 10 websites (totaling about 880 pages) into a single, unified CMS with a cohesive look and feel. The project is divided into two phases: Phase 1 covers discovery, content audit, information architecture, and design; Phase 2 includes CMS implementation, web development, content migration, and integration of third-party applications such as SAML-based authentication and TouchNet. The vendor will also provide hosting with a 99.9% uptime SLA and ongoing 24/7 support. The contract is expected to start August 1, 2026, with an initial term of up to 12 months and potential renewal for up to 5 years.
