Description
Accurate Repro, Inc. is soliciting bids for the Central Park Tennis Court Renovation Project. The project scope includes a variety of construction activities such as earthwork, removals, grading, asphalt paving, concrete paving and curb installation, chain link fencing, tennis nets, underdrainage systems, electrical infrastructure, and lawn restoration. Bids must be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope clearly marked with the bidder's name, bid deadline, and project title. Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. on June 30, 2026, and will be publicly opened at the District's Administrative Office, located within the Family Recreation Center at 1450 Forest Gate Road, Oak Brook, IL 60523. Bid documents will be available for download or printing from Accurate Repro, Inc.'s Plan room starting June 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. via www.accurateplanroom.com. The Oak Brook Park District reserves the right to accept or reject any bids. The project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, and proposals must reflect these rates. A bid bond or bank cashier's check for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount is required with each proposal. The selected contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including equal employment opportunity regulations. The District encourages women and minority business firms to submit bids and to utilize minority businesses for supplies, equipment, and services.
