Description
The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports is seeking one vendor to develop a comprehensive Caring Adult Gambling Prevention for Youth Toolkit for adults who interact with youth ages 10 through 18. The scope includes evidence-informed content, risk-reduction strategies, warning signs, conversation tools, prevention resources, interactive educational activities, and a companion guide for prevention providers and community partners. The vendor must conduct at least two focus groups and collaborate with agency subject matter experts. The work also includes graphic design, copy editing, branding alignment, accessibility and readability work, English and Spanish versions, translation quality assurance, and delivery of print-ready high-resolution PDFs, accessible web-optimized PDFs, interactive digital materials, standalone digital assets, and editable source files. Proposals must demonstrate six minimum eligibility requirements, including comparable experience within the past five years, qualified design and copy-editing capability, project management experience, English and Spanish capacity, digital and print production experience, and interactive-content experience. The maximum available funding is $150,000 for one award and a 12-month contract, with project completion anticipated within the first nine months.
