The Jersey City Redevelopment Agency is soliciting sealed bids for the Coles Street Park Demolition Project, Contract No. 26-11-RN27. Addendum No. 2 extends the bid opening deadline to November 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST and schedules two additional mandatory pre-bid conference/site tour opportunities. Bidders must attend one of the three available tour dates and pre-register all attendees by email no later than November 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EST. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 2 using the form in Section 00208 of the RFB.
