Description
Alderwood Water & Wastewater District is seeking a qualified consultant to provide lockbox services for receiving customer payments and posting them to the appropriate accounts. The resulting payment records support invoice distribution and customer notifications that statements are ready for review and payment. The contract will run for two years, with an option to renew for an additional two years. Proposals are limited to 15 pages, including resumes and the cover letter, and must address project understanding, team and project-manager experience, reporting and tools, schedule, project approach, client communications, and proposed pricing or compensation.
