Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking two plastic sheets, each 96 inches long, 48 inches wide, and 0.125 inches thick, identified as Type 4, Grade G10 and required to comply with ASTM D709-01. The solicitation identifies NSN 9330-01-300-9382 and requires destination inspection and acceptance. The supplies must be delivered within five days after award, FOB origin, to the designated Naval Station Everett destination in Washington. Packaging must comply with the applicable DLA technical and quality requirements, including hazardous-material packaging when applicable, ASTM D3951 for nonhazardous material, MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling, and DLA palletization requirements. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the stated deadline.
