Description
Cross Valley Water District is soliciting sealed bids for the 2025 Water Main and PRV Improvements Project, consisting of five schedules to be bid together. The work includes approximately 1,390 total lineal feet of new ductile iron water main in 4-inch and 8-inch diameters, new water services and system connections, air-vac and blow-off assemblies, in-line valves, pressure-reducing valve station and vault replacements, sump ejector installation, and related water appurtenances. Additional work includes pavement sawcutting, trench patching, grind-and-overlay, gravel road and shoulder restoration, block wall construction, storm-drain catch basins and piping, grading, and paving. The engineer’s estimated probable construction cost, including tax, is approximately $1,300,000. Bids must include a bid guarantee of at least 5 percent of the bid amount, in the form of cash, certified or cashier’s check, or a bid bond from an authorized surety company.
