Description
The Defense Logistics Agency Energy is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for 248,400 gallons of Clear Diesel (DS2), Grade Number 2-D S15 ultra-low sulfur diesel, for delivery from October 1 through December 31, 2026. The fuel must conform to ASTM D975 and applicable federal, state, and local environmental requirements, with a maximum sulfur content of 0.0015 weight percent. Deliveries will be made by tank wagon with a meter and 100-foot hose to 128 Grimes Road, Brooklyn, New York 11252, serving eight fuel pods and four generators. Weekend and holiday deliveries may be required; daily acceptance is between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., with estimated daily deliveries of approximately 2,700 gallons. The award will use Lowest Price Technically Available evaluation, with pricing stated in U.S. dollars per gallon including federal excise tax. Suppliers must be registered in the System for Award Management and have a valid CAGE Code.
