PUBLIC NOTICE - - - ADVERTISEMENT TO INVITATION TO BID CITY OF NEW ORLEANS SPONSORING DEPARTMENT: Equipment Maintenance Division (EMD) TITLE: Bulk 87 Octane and 10% Ethanol Fuel SOURCING EVENT NO.: 4802 TYPE OF SOLICITATION: NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES DBE OPPORTUNITY: 35% RELEASED ON: September 18, 2026 DEADLINE TO RESPOND: October 9, 2026 PRE-BID CONFERENCE: September 29, 2026 Dates are subject to changes via an addendum posted by the Bureau of Purchasing on the Citys supplier portal. If this solicitation is federally funded, prospective bidder/respondent must pay particular attention to all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal government and the State of Louisiana. The Bureau of Purchasing uses commodity codes to notify suppliers of the release of a sourcing event and subsequent modifications via addendum.
