The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source contract to San Diego State University Research Foundation. This contract will provide follow-on production support services, stemming from a previously awarded Other Transaction Authority (OTA) prototype. The scope of work includes analytical and technical support from undergraduate and graduate students. These services will cover a range of disciplines including Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Psychology, Physiology, Biology, and Chemistry.
