Description
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), specifically Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive medical support services for its personnel. These services encompass pre-employment medical examinations, fitness tests, and drug testing in accordance with HHS regulations. Post-employment services include support for the Drug Free Federal Workplace Program, independent medical examinations, medical document reviews, and ancillary testing. Services may be required across all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam, with potential for global coverage. The contract is structured as a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a base year and four one-year options, anticipated to start in September 2027. The scope includes mobile one-stop hiring events, pre-employment medical and fitness testing, fitness for duty/independent medical examinations, and drug-free workplace program support. The contractor must ensure all services are performed by licensed professionals and maintain robust IT systems for record management and reporting, adhering to strict security and privacy requirements.
