Description
Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District is soliciting proposals from qualified providers for a complete municipal website solution. The scope includes CMS/platform configuration, responsive design, information architecture, content migration, redirect and link validation, accessible content and document remediation, WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, hosting, security, integrations, search, forms, events, analytics, and resident-facing functionality. The selected provider will also provide implementation, staff training, launch support, a 60-day post-launch hypercare period, ongoing managed services, accessibility testing and remediation, monitoring, backups, incident response, technical support, and end-of-term data export and transition assistance. The solicitation includes separately priced options for resident request or case management, an AI assistant, and additional integrations or content work. Proposals must include organizational qualifications, technical and functional responses, comparable websites and references, and a five-year cost matrix.
