Description
The Gila River Indian Community is soliciting a contractor to provide unarmed security services for the Huhugam Heritage Center. Coverage is required 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including holidays, early-release dates, and onsite events occurring after normal business hours or on weekends. The contract is expected to begin upon execution and run through September 30, 2027, with two additional one-year renewal options. Required duties include scheduled patrols; hourly checks of exterior doors, interior museum areas, and gates; visitor identification and access control; intrusion-alarm and surveillance-camera monitoring; emergency response and coordination with law enforcement, fire, and medical providers; crowd control; equipment-malfunction reporting; daily reports; and incident reports for unusual occurrences. The contractor must provide qualified, uniformed guards, training, radios, uniforms, and other necessary equipment. Proposals must include the requested proposal materials, exhibits, licenses and certifications, W-9, insurance certificate(s), and at least three verifiable professional references for similar work.
