Description
The Town of Gilbert is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified architecture and engineering firms for design services for the Riparian Distribution Structure Project. The design-bid-build project will include an 18-inch reclaimed transmission main parallel to the existing main serving seven recharge ponds; expansion and retrofit of the existing distribution structure to accommodate flows of up to 10 million gallons per day; SCADA-controlled actuated valves serving each pond; and earthwork at each pond to restore original elevations. The SOQ must be submitted as one PC-readable, non-password-protected PDF through the Town of Gilbert e-Builder electronic bidding platform. Construction is required to be completed by June 1, 2030. One firm may be awarded the contract, and a final shortlist of at least three firms will be established.
