Description
The Evansville Water and Sewer Utility is soliciting sealed bids for replacement of existing water mains along Cardinal Drive, Tulip Avenue, N. Bedford Avenue, and Idlewild Drive in Evansville, Indiana. The work includes all supervision, equipment, traffic control, granular backfill, pavement restoration including milling, flushing, disinfection, testing, and other appurtenances required by the drawings and specifications. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held virtually or by phone conference on October 20, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, and the contract is expected to be awarded to the lowest and most responsible bidder, subject to the utility's rights to waive informalities or reject all proposals.
