Description
Evansville Water and Sewer Utility is soliciting sealed bids for 2027 restoration work resulting from water and sewer repairs or operations. The scope primarily covers asphalt and concrete restoration in traveled roadways, with possible restoration of grass, gravel, landscaped, and other surfaces. The contractor must provide supervision, labor, equipment, materials, traffic control, granular backfill, pavement milling and restoration, flushing, disinfecting, testing, and all related appurtenances. The contractor must be able to produce materials and respond to repair needs on short notice throughout the calendar year. Restorations generally must be completed within seven working days after notification, with biweekly progress documentation submitted to the utility. The award is expected to be made to the lowest and most responsible bidder, subject to the utility's rights to waive informalities or reject all bids.
