Description
The General Services Administration is seeking 20 each of green, box-edged stenographer's chair cushions, either Vinyl Technology part number VT-FOAM-0097/A or an equal product. Cushions must measure approximately 17 1/2 inches deep by 18 1/2 inches wide by 2 inches thick and include a urethane foam insert, woven cloth and vinyl-coated simulated-rattan cover materials, specified rounded corners, box-edge construction, welting, labeling, and required fiber-content identification. Equal products require complete, detailed specification documentation. The quote must include pricing on an FOB Destination basis, delivery lead time, country of origin, manufacturer or dealer information, and all required offeror details. Products must comply with the stated commercial and military packaging and marking requirements, including MIL-STD-129 for applicable military shipments. The selected vendor must be registered, or willing to register, with the OMS vendor portal or EDI to receive orders electronically. Award will be made using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation after administrative compliance is confirmed; this is not a small-business set-aside.
