The U.S. Embassy in Canberra is requesting quotations for the supply and delivery of pre-boxed household lodging kits. The contractor will be responsible for providing kits designed for two, four, and six-person households, each containing a specified assortment of kitchen items, electrical appliances, bedroom linens, bathroom textiles, and laundry supplies. Kits must be prepackaged in cardboard boxes weighing no more than 12 kilograms each, with a maximum volume of 150 liters, and must be grouped by category and securely packed. Electrical appliances must meet Australian safety standards and be 240V. Kits must be delivered on pallets wrapped in plastic to the Embassy Warehouse in Fyshwick, Australia, before January 29, 2027. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible offeror.
