Description
The City of Philadelphia is soliciting 3,000 gray woven wool blankets, awarded as a whole or by line item to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Each blanket must measure 66 by 90 inches, contain 80% wool and 20% nylon, have whipped-stitched ends, and be machine washable and flame-resistant. Blankets must not unravel after laundering, have dimensional change of no more than plus or minus 5%, weigh 11.3 ounces per square yard, and include a permanently attached washing label identifying size and fiber content. Delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of the purchase order.
