KCDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid or in the bidding process. School districts and public agencies in the states of Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho and Montana and other states who are members of KCDA may participate in the contract awarded as a result of this bid. Description
King County Directors' Association (KCDA) is accepting online bid responses for Bid #26-340 Carpet & Specialty Flooring. The contract will cover the provision and installation of carpet and specialty flooring for participating school districts and public agencies in Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, and other states. Interested vendors must be registered on Public Purchase to submit a bid. Specifications and bid forms are available on Public Purchase, at KCDA's office, or on their website. KCDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. The bid is due by 2:00 PM PST on September 10, 2026, with an anticipated award date of October 20, 2026.
