Description
The City of Sammamish is seeking a contractor for construction of the Demery Hill Vault Retrofit. Work includes installing an underground water-quality treatment vault; improving stormwater conveyance; demolition and excavation; hot-mix asphalt paving; erosion and traffic control; and roadside restoration. The successful bidder must promptly submit vault shop drawings after contract execution and, following approval, order the treatment vault before the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will not be issued before May 1, 2027.
