The State of Washington, through the Department of Enterprise Services and on behalf of the State Auditor's Office, is seeking approximately 2,320 BOMA rentable square feet of office space in Bellevue, Washington. The proposed facility must be a complete, code-compliant, enclosed, conditioned office space with plumbing, power, lighting, and sufficient infrastructure to support agency operations. The space should accommodate reception and client seating, public and staff meeting areas, offices and workstations, storage, a kitchenette or coffee bar, and other program requirements described in the space-allocation materials. The minimum lease term is five years, with optional proposals for terms of up to ten years. Occupancy is desired by March 1, 2027. Preference may be given to properties in Bellevue and facilities near public transportation, with advantageous access to major roads, adequate parking, low energy use, and locations outside the 100-year flood plain. The lessor will be responsible for meeting applicable Washington State Energy Code requirements, and proof of ownership will be required before lease documents are drafted.
