Description
The Indian Health Service Navajo Area Office is conducting market research for providers of bike programming, skills and safety workshops for staff of youth-serving organizations, community bike group rides, and follow-up learning sessions for trainees in seven communities. The training is intended to prepare participants to plan, deliver, and evaluate cycling programs for youth ages 5–18, manage group rides, and perform general bicycle maintenance and repair. This is a sources-sought notice, not a solicitation for contract proposals. Interested firms are asked to provide a company profile and a brief capability statement; Indian-owned Small Business Economic Enterprises and Indian Economic Enterprises must also submit the attached IHS IEE Representation Form. Responses will inform the agency’s acquisition strategy, and submission is voluntary.
