Navajo Technical University is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed contractors for rehabilitation and repaving of approximately 183,000 square feet of existing parking lots, access drives, and the campus circular roadway. The work includes pavement demolition and preparation, preliminary four-inch full-depth reclamation, grading and drainage correction, base preparation and compaction, preliminary three-inch compacted asphalt paving, striping, ADA improvements, traffic control, testing, restoration, and cleanup. The contractor must provide labor, equipment, materials, supervision, testing, traffic control, and incidentals; maintain campus operations and emergency access through phased construction; and submit construction phasing, grading and drainage, utility protection, and material plans. Proposers must hold an appropriate New Mexico contractor license, demonstrate at least five years of relevant pavement rehabilitation and full-depth reclamation experience, provide three comparable project references, and submit an itemized base bid with alternate unit prices. The solicitation requires a minimum one-year workmanship and materials warranty and identifies experience, technical approach, schedule, price, references, and past performance as evaluation factors.
