Description
The Town of Pinetop-Lakeside is soliciting construction bids for improvements to the Mountain Meadow Water Tank facility. The work includes removing approximately 143 linear feet of existing waterline and one valve; installing approximately 245 linear feet of 4-inch Schedule 40 PVC waterline and 114 linear feet of 8-inch Schedule 40 PVC waterline; installing a precast underground vault; connecting to existing irrigation and waterline systems; and installing a water truck fill station. Additional work includes installing a duplex pump and appurtenances, a Portland cement concrete pad, 4-inch and 8-inch gate valves, an 8-inch flap gate valve, electrical conduit, steel bollards, and wire-tied riprap. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, excavation, backfill, connections, testing, and incidental work required by the construction plans and project specifications. Bids must be completed on the forms contained in the Invitation to Bid and submitted sealed in an opaque envelope.
