Description
Montezuma County is soliciting a contractor to provide janitorial services for the 29,131-square-foot Montezuma County Combined Courts facility, including approximately 19,976 square feet of carpet. Services include weekday evening floor and carpet cleaning, wastebasket and exterior trash-can servicing, ashtray emptying, restroom and drinking-fountain sanitation, restroom-supply replenishment, entry-door cleaning, and spot cleaning of walls. The scope also includes weekly dusting, monthly telephone sanitation, quarterly interior-window and baseboard cleaning, semiannual heating-vent cleaning, and carpet shampooing in April and September. The contractor must provide labor, equipment, and other necessary items; designate responsibility for securing the building at the end of each workday; maintain or report janitorial-supply inventory as specified; ensure personnel pass background checks and E-Verify; and provide three references. Extra services may be requested at an hourly rate entered by the bidder and approved by the Maintenance Supervisor.
