Description
This Request for Information seeks analytical and technical information about existing or proposed multi-source position, navigation, and timing user equipment for terrestrial military platforms and space-service-volume users in various orbits. Desired capabilities include disadvantaged-user and high-value-asset applications, modular open system architectures, onboard fusion of diverse PNT sources, and support for M-code, civil-available, and commercial signals. Responses must describe alignment with the requested capabilities and address facility and personnel security, classified safeguarding, CUI/CDI protection, NIST SP 800-171, SPRS assessment status, CMMC readiness, Section 889 compliance, supply-chain risk management, intellectual-property restrictions, and anticipated data rights. This is market research only; it is not a solicitation and will not result in an award based on the response. Responses are limited to 15 single-sided pages, must remain unclassified unless otherwise coordinated, and must acknowledge potential release to government support contractors or state any restriction.
