Description
The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center is conducting market research for engineering, logistics, technical, programmatic, and cybersecurity sustainment of the Weapon Storage and Security System Alarm Communications & Display subsystem. The contemplated requirement includes integrated program management; routine and emergency on-site and virtual technical support; hardware and software configuration; system integration testing; software-baseline sustainment; technical-data development; supply-chain resiliency and obsolescence analysis; modernization; facility relocation or reconfiguration; and operator, maintainer, and system-administrator training. The contemplated vehicle is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with an anticipated 10-year ordering period and an estimated ceiling below $50 million. The Government anticipates a sole-source award to LDIA Holdings, LLC, doing business as Prometheus Security Group Global, because the system incorporates proprietary VICADS and LINX Predator Elite components, source code, and technical data. Interested parties must submit an unclassified Statement of Capability of no more than three pages, on company letterhead, addressing their relevant technical familiarity, past work, and capability to perform the requirement. Responses are not proposals and must be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format.
