The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting a small-business contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to construct a flush restroom facility at the Nolin River Lake Tailwater Recreation Area. The scope includes planning, programming, measurements and quantity estimates, administration, supervision, communications, inspection, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. The prime contractor is responsible for ensuring subcontractor compliance. The project requires prevailing construction wage rates and has an estimated magnitude between $100,000 and $250,000.
