The U.S. Marine Corps is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for Roman Catholic priest services supporting eligible personnel and their families at Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command/Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center. The contractor must provide qualified Catholic priests in good standing, pastoral counseling and care, Catholic religious education, Masses, Confession, sacraments, Holy Day and Holy Week services, sacramental recordkeeping, reporting, and coordination with the Religious Ministries Directorate and military chaplains. The solicitation requires a written ecclesiastical endorsement from the Archdiocese for the Military Services using DD Form 2088 with the proposal, along with a cover sheet, price proposal, technical approach, quality control plan, SF 1449, representations and certifications, solicitation amendment acknowledgment if applicable, and recent relevant past-performance information. The base period is 12 months with four 12-month option periods, and the contractor must provide continuous coverage, qualified substitutes, required reports, and compliance with applicable military, Navy, Marine Corps, and Archdiocese policies. Amendment 0001 extends the quote deadline and shifts the performance periods to begin September 30, 2026.
