Description
The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is seeking quotes for two single-user waterless restroom buildings with SST ventilation and airflow systems. Each unit must include a polyethylene enclosure, commercial metal door and frame, polycarbonate window, board-and-batten siding, pre-engineered wood-truss roof with 26-gauge metal roofing, waterless restroom components, a 1,000-gallon polyethylene underground vault with a steel-reinforced center column, concealed venting, toilet riser, stainless-steel grab bars, and a two-roll toilet-paper dispenser. Color selections will be determined after award. The quote must include stamped architectural drawings complying with the New York State Uniform Code and addressing snow, wind, and seismic design requirements for Madison and Oneida Counties. One unit must be delivered to Verona Beach State Park and one to Helen McNitt State Park. The question-and-answer document states that the agency will consider delivery dates beyond winter 2026 because the building-kit lead time is approximately four to seven months; bidders must provide the earliest possible delivery date in the Guaranteed Delivery Days After Receipt of Order field on the RFQ Bid Form. This remains a one-time procurement.
