Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing Catholic priest services at Tomah VA Medical Center. The contracted, ordained Catholic priest must be on campus weekly to provide one Catholic Mass for Catholic veterans and address identified sacramental needs, including Holy Communion, Reconciliation, and Last Rites. The priest must possess an ecclesiastical endorsement from the official national endorsing authority of the Catholic faith group, have religious training consistent with established standards, be proficient in written and spoken English, and have experience working in a VA or other hospital setting. The notice is for market research purposes only and does not request proposals for an awarded contract.
